In compliance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and other applicable regulations, RIBERO S.A.T. informs:
1.- Object
The Purchase Conditions establish the rights and obligations of all users of the RIBERO S.A.T. online store, in relation to the services we offer through our website https://calribero.com/.
By using the website https://calribero.com/ or making a reservation through it, you are aware of the link with these Conditions and our Privacy Policy, so if you do not agree with all the Conditions and the Privacy Policy, you should not make any reservation.
The website https://calribero.com/ is intended for booking a stay at CAL RIBERO, with the possibility of paying for the reservation.
2.- Reserves
Making a reservation at https://calribero.com/ is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices, the description of the services for sale and the general conditions of sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
The buyer undertakes to use the website https://calribero.com/ only to make legally valid inquiries or reservations. The buyer is also obliged to provide their contact details in a true and correct manner, also consenting to the use of this information to contact them if necessary.
Making a reservation through https://calribero.com/ guarantees that you are fully authorized to use the payment card, if you choose this payment method. Only people with the necessary legal capacity to sign contracts.
RIBERO S.A.T. offers the possibility of making payment by card or Bizum. The credit card is charged at the same time as the reservation is made, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution and once it has been verified that the data communicated is correct.
In this sense, confidential data is transmitted in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system that we use provides total security to the transmission of data over the network. Your data enjoys total confidentiality and protection.
Security in electronic purchases is guaranteed by the corresponding financial institution. This institution has the necessary security measures to identify possible errors in the data provided when making a payment by card or Bizum.
Credit card details are not recorded in any of our databases. They will only be used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of the corresponding financial institution, through its Secure Payment Gateway.
Credit cards are subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing entity, but if the entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to formalize any contract with you.
RIBERO S.A.T. reserves the right to change the payment methods and may create new ones or eliminate any of the existing ones, without the user/client of https://calribero.com/ being able to make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the payment method affects a reservation already made, from https://calribero.com/ we would contact the client to inform him of this change, offering the option of canceling the reservation if he considers it convenient.
3.- Information and inquiries
For any information about web reservations or about the characteristics of the stays and reservations that we offer, as well as to communicate any type of incident or complaint regarding online purchases, we make the portal’s Contact page available to you, by sending an email to info@calribero.es.
4.- Returns
The reservation is refundable if cancelled 14 days before the arrival date; up to 7 days before arrival, the dates of the stay can be modified provided there is availability. Otherwise, the reservation will not be refundable.
To cancel the reservation, you must contact CAL RIBERO via email info@calribero.es and indicate “Cancellation” in the subject of the message.
5.- Responsibility
RIBERO S.A.T. cannot be held responsible for the breach of the contract signed in the event of force majeure or interruption of activity.
The provisions of this clause will not affect the rights recognized by law as a consumer, nor the right to withdraw from the contract.
In the event of litigation, the client may first contact RIBERO S.A.T. to reach an amicable resolution.
6.- Applicable law
These General Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with current legislation. For any dispute arising from commercial relations between the user and RIBERO S.A.T., the parties agree to submit to the provisions of current legislation on the matter.
